We might struggle just to stand up or walk outside today.

Well, this is a sign that the road is only for people walking, no cars.

This afternoon, evening and night, and perhaps the whole weekend, there will be stronger winds than a storm, so it is probably best to stay inside if you live in the area on the west coast of Norway.

It might be very difficult to just stand up or walk outside.

Smart Bike technology has arrived in town.
Using El- bikes is a good way to come around and see different places.

(I have never rented an el-bike, but I have hired ordinary bikes in Denmark, Italy and Japan.)

MÆHLE has been in town since 1896.

Mæhle has been selling clothes as far back as 1896.
But now they are selling their shop(s) to the German company Gerry Weber. I hope they will do well!
A bit sad that more and more family owned shops are giving up.

Different STYLE

Last night there were a couple of young women standing waiting for passengers on one of the last planes that had just arrived.

It was COLD and - 4C.

I just noticed the very different styles that they had.

An old door ( and windows) that I always have to admire when passing. As far back as I can remember, it has been special and beautiful.

This is Clarion Hotel Air, a brand new hotel. One day I will show you more pictures from inside.
It is close to the airport and the beach.

I like the art ( The Messenger by Per Dybvig) at the entrance, and the architecture looked special today with the bright ( Sunny:) light.
