We have had the "Gastronomic Institute" here in Stavanger since 1988, and of course they were represented at the food festival.
The institute is well known both nationally and internationally.
I bought a sample of their nice looking and very tasty food.
It was just delicious!

Is this a "branch" of some international food organization, or, the "HQ", or something only in Norway?
