Okay... took me a while to work this one out, or at least I think I have worked it out :)
Is it a bottle of champagne like they use when christening a boat (or ship)?
Anyway, it looks like the remains of a bottle (with a ribbon) against the side of a boat? Am I correct?
But, I agree with VP, nice colors...
