The STORM CAROLINE is outside.

The STORM CAROLINE is outside now, along the south west coast of Norway
I am so pleased I made it back home before it really started.
Pasta - wine and TV tonight.
Hope you are safe and warm wherever you are.
This is the Christmas tree at the place near Domkirken / the Cathedral.
Hopefully it is there tomorrow too.

X-mas tree.

So when is it time to get rid of the X-mas tree?
(Most places the trees end up as compost.)
I have to admit that we have christmas lights out in a tree in the front garden.
Looks pretty in the dark!
The snow has gone.
We have plenty of rain and wind.
Not that cold, down here on the south west coast of Norway.

Mr. Bjergsted has been selling Christmas trees for years, both from the marked place at Hillevåg, and from here at the harbor near to the fish market. At Christmas he will be back to his ordinary job, out on one of the oil plattforms in the North Sea. I guess they have a Christmas tree there as well?
