Sad to see what happened with this house just before Christmas last year.
Two women, one visiting the other, had to be rescued out of the flames!!
One died shortly after.
Nothing has changed with the house.
I guess it comes down to insurance and also what the owner(s) want for the future.

That always takes time, and it leaves its mark on those left behind, both their families.
Very sad. Hopefully they will do something about the house and not let it just sit there.
