I hope they will get most of the work outside the building done quickly.

If they were English workmen they would probably stop at the first sign of snow.
Hopefully they will hurry up, working through snow would be un-fun:)
Not a bad day for what I see here...
No snow yet? Wow, what a blessing! We have tons of snow and super cold weather, about -35c last night is what the temps dipped down to.
I hope they get the work done in ample time, working in the cold is no fun at all... brrrr.
