There are shops open until late and even plenty of SALE offers before x-mas.

Our shops were open exceptionally yesterday. I am glad I did not need that extra shopping time though as I hate crowds. I wouldn't mind getting some slippers like these, they're cute and I bet warm too!
No - but my daughter might have.

I could think of at least one friend who'd have had a good laugh, had I dared to wrap these slippers. ;-)
