Looks like a lovely place. I like the colors a lot, but I'd have to stay clear due to excessive calories hovering in the area.

Where are the people? Too early or too late?

Lowell, this is early in the morning. A few people were sitting inside. Most people were rushing to get to work on time.
Sunny, but perhaps too cold to sit outside unless a cigaret and coffee was on the menu.
