Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

I love foggy mornings! This looks like a bunch of kids skating on the ice. What a great shot. I can see them coming in and landing and then skidding to a stop 100 feet down the lake!

Wow that looks like a Ross's Gull with the pinky throat. They cause a mega 'twitch' when they occasionally turn up in the UK. Thanks for posting a pic of one of my favourite birds!
