Looks nice this flat ( "to be" ) at the top! Evening sun and probably a nice view.
It is probably not cheap, as it says PENGER (money) sprayed on the big placard!
Anyway, only 10-15 minute walk from the city centre.

interesting to see both the "before" and "after" at the same time.. guess the picture/drawing on the board is from another angle? Otherwise looks like they have made some mistakes when building :)
