It is lunch time for the birds. And bread is given by this kind man, who I sometimes see around in the city centre. The photo is taken just in front of the main entrance to the Culture House.
As you can see we have plenty of COBBLESTONES in our city.
Cobblestones,- is the theme for photos by CDP-group members.

I'll bet there are some folks who don't take kindly to this kind man's feeding of the birds (seagulls, right?) ... they do make a mess. I love the bird on the guy's head! It's a great theme-day shot!

The seagulls know where to find a good meal. :) Great image, especially with the gull on his head.

The cobblestones really make this city scene very special. You have captured the essence of day-to-day life.

A wonderful COBBLESTONE photo, Gunn! I wonder how often he has to wash his cap?!

Excellent image for the 'cobblestone' theme Gun, the rain or a hose will wash away the bird poo!

The cobblestones here have been laid in an attractive pattern. Feeding pigeons? I wouldn't want to encourage them . . .

Gunn, the cobblestones you have photographed are laid in a wonderful semi-circular pattern. I have seen that in a couple of places in my own city. I would not worry about the man feeding the birds. It is a free life.

Thank you for participating in our Theme Day. I appreciate it very much.

I love seagulls. The closest in cool birds we have here are jackdaws, the like coming to my window in winter and knock so I give them food. We do have doves but they always seem to have kind of mean eyes.
