Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

Not for large families.
Those are neat!
Sunday shopping's been standard here for years. I'm not sure it really makes that much of a difference for the stores... it's not as if people shell out more money with an extra day.
Sur la ligne de depart ;o)
Cute "cars", kids surely have fun!
It's the same here in Germany. It is sometimes hard to get used to no Sunday shopping when you have lived for a long time in North America! :)
Cute photo today.
My children used to love riding in those when they were little.
I see they are in Swedish colours!
What fun. Interesting that Norway Malls still close on Sundays. I remember when we were there 1998-2001 that everything closed about 4 PM every afternoon, too. It does promote family time at home....
Love the line up Gunn :) We do have Sunday shopping but I prefer not to go, not for religious reasons just the thought of going to the shops doesn't appeal :)
They park better than adults...
