We have plenty of RAIN.
And this summer has been the worst in 15 years, with low temperatures the last 3 months and RAIN - RAIN - RAIN.

Tourists might find it exotic up to a certain point, but believe me we who live here are sometimes desperate to go somewhere without woolen clothes and boots.

On the other hand, when the sunshine is here, even for just a few hours we are soooo happy, and rush out full of energy!:)

Yes, I know that Holland and England have had much of the same summer. Perhaps many other countries? How do you cope?

Oh gosh, I guess I can't complain. Seems the distribution plan isn't working too well, considering we're having a drought.

I always love seeing these flowers!

Pretty flowers. We haven't had a rainy summer in many years. This year has been pretty warm, so we have had to get used to sweating all the time. But, I prefer that to being cold.

mother nature seems to be throwing us some curve balls...keeping us on our feet...changing things up...but why??!!

I never find the rain exotic as a tourist, but I could use some here to mitigate the unrelenting heat!

I'm with VP, I never find rain exotic, even when I'm visiting the tropics. You need to come to Portugal, Gunn! Plenty of sunshine here... :-) Beautiful flower shot, we call it 'Princess Earrings'.

Our summers are short too. A cold beverage on the deck in the shade. Cool!

Very beautiful! Our summers are usually hot and dry here in Saskatchewan Canada! I cope with air conditioning. Haha! ;)

Well, Barcelona, you know... Yet another heatwave coming up. I'd kill for rain!
