"Guten Morgen " to Maxi, Anselm and Julian.
They were from Bavaria, (near Munich.) in southern Germany.
No, I did not use my very rusty German, we used English.
They had arrived from Kristiansand yesterday, and had plans to go up to Pulpit Rock.
I hope you will have a good nights sleep without too many cars in and out of the area.
We had more rain this afternoon/evening, but it will be "summer" for a few days from Friday...

Pulpit Rock sounds like fun. I can't remember the last night I spent in a tent. Possibly back in 1987.

There was this German novel many years ago, by, I think, Erich Maria Remarque, about 3 men in a boat. That what's your post makes me think of, before I posted the last comment without finishing it. Oh well, I'm tired.
