"Resept" is the name of a nice vegetarian restaurant/cafe in the centre of Stavanger.
This is what Nina and I had yesterday.
It tasted as good as it looked!:-)
Later: Sorry to tell you that this place closed in 2012.

By the way, orchids are the easiest plants to take care of, just be sure there will be no remaining water inside the pot, or it will rot. I'm sure yours will live long. :-)

Lois Anne would love this place, having been a vegetarian for many years! Now that she's gone vegan, though, it's harder to find suitable meals in restaurants.
I always have a hard time finding vegetarian restaurants in Japan. This dish looks delicious! Wish we had it here :)
