Russian music.

Street musicians are not all the same, some are entertainers, lively and happy, some are really sad, and the same with the music. Our narrow streets have more and more people coming from abroad who sing and play.
This group came from Novgorod in Russia.
Nice music.
Lots of people stopped and listened and had a glance at the unusual instrument on the left.
(As always, click on the image to enlarge it.)

A giant balalaika - I wonder what it sounds like. Sure to capture the eye, but you need a truck for transport...

Must be tough to transport! It's not like you're going to just strap it to your back. :-)

I would love to hear that unusual instrument being played.

I have already seen that instrument somewhere else: if I remember well it is a contrabass balalaika...

I wanna see the case that guitar fits in. Good music. Good times.
