It was a sunny and cold morning today.
I have never ever before met a jogger with bare feet!!!

Not sure that it looks that comfortable underfoot,
but,
Think I heard or read somewhere that running barefoot is much better for you than running in shoes? Something about how you use your feet when they are not restricted by footwear (Think it was something like that, cannot quite remember exactly what it was).
