Bus "0" / "zero" is free, and takes you around the city centre.
It has a different color from the normal buses, and is easy to spot.
I have never tried it, and I have not seen many people using it. But it might be ok when the snow and ice cover the landscape. It will be in use for the rest of the year, and if the politicians find more tax money, and if this is a popular bus to use, it might continue next year as well.
The bus uses biodiesel !;)

Nothing is free. You are paying for it even if you don't use the bus...

That's a great service and I sure hope it continues next year. I would guess as the weather turns more inclement it will have more passengers.

It's nice to see a community come together and use shared resources for the benefit of those in the community who need them! We need much more of that thinking in the U.S. Seems greed and avarice and hatred rule!

You are so fortunate to have a FREE bus!! It is costing me $2 one way on our bus and it takes me abour 30-45 minutes to go 5 miles!! :) Enjoy it! Take advantage of it!

Lol @ VP. He's right I guess, except that you don't pay for it twice!!!

Love the saturated colours here and the wet pavement.

Hopefully it will continue Gunn, I'm sure it would be well used by tourists and locals alike.
