Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

Nice shot; it looks pretty cold. I don't know what's going to happen when all the farms are turned into developments. Where will the food come from?
A shot to make you want to dress up warmly and go for a long walk.
The same development is happening in Canada just outside Toronto. So many farms are becoming homes and stores!
Very beautiful and solemn shot. Love the fog, wrapping the trees like a cloak.
It's quite unfortunate that a conservation society hasn't spoken up or an independently wealthy person (like Beatrix Potter in her day!) hasn't made a point to purchase and protect the land.
This is a very restful scene with the fog.
Paintings of Caspar David Friedrich come to mind. Geat image with very soft colors.
Oh this is so beautiful pity people have to leave it.
