Tonight there was a memorial service held in the Cathedral to commemorate people from the county who were killed in accidents on the roads in 2009.
Lots of families and friends of victims, participated in a procession from the main Fire station to the cathedral carrying lit torches.
Passing the entrance of the Cathedral earlier today gave me a strong impression.

Sounds like a nice worship service to remember those people. What church is that? It'd be interesting to take a look inside! (hint, hint)

That's a lot of crosses, were all those people killed in accidents?

I hope you were not attending b/c of a death of a loved one. That's a nice thing to do though and I'm sure it meant alot to the families.

We have so many people killed in car accidents, especially in this season... Truly sad!
I just love this stone façade, it's fantastic!
