The sign "TILFLUKTSROM" means shelter.
I guess that we have several shelters around in the city.
So in case of a war, - that is where to go.
Well, in normal daily life, this is also the door that leads down to a big parking area.

Not only a war, but that would be a handy place in a tornado.
Let's hope the Bear doesn't come knocking again... Or any tornadoes.
At least your city has such a place. Hopefully you won't need it for any reason.
