An area with nightclubs, bars and restaurants.
Most people keep inside now when the evenings are COLD.
But if you want to smoke, it is just like most places in Europe, you are not allowed to smoke in public buildings, you have to go outside.

Smokers are not clever people. I was a smoker myself for many years.
Looks like a charming, historic area for evening entertainment!
Smoking - just say no.
I do miss a winters cold temperature. Same over here, smokers are kindly asked to step outside, yet many clubs, bars and alike fear to close their doors, due to missing guests ...

Beautiful shot. I have a hard time taking photos at night with my small camera. I have asthma, I fear smoke a lot. Since the French government decided to ban smoking from bars and nightclubs, and also from offices, my life has become more difficult as many more people smoke on the streets. I find that smoking is something very stupid to do :-)))
