Marius (16 month's old) and his dad enjoyed lunch at "Ostehuset" today!:)
The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, via the politicians have given all parents 46 weeks paid leave after a new baby is born. The father is entitled to some of these weeks, and more and more men use this opportunity spread in the way that best suits their family and job situation.

That is amazing such a long paid leave. It is very good for parents and child. In the Netherlands people are not so lucky.

Lovely image - it will be good for so many kids to have that bond with their dads.

The lunch allocation seems quite unfair to the kid... A lovely family portrait.
