That's very nice art, unobtrusive yet beautiful. Paraply? Anything to do with Bernadotte maybe? ;-) When I was in Norway, two times, I mostly didn't need an umbrella, the weather was gorgeous, except in Bergen...
I think the artwork would have been good if it were not for the steel grid on top of it. Good photo, not so good art.

I really like this piece of art.
Great municipal art but I suspect we both have a soft spot for the less appreciated graffiti.
Simple and elegant. Very nice.

Is the library still there?
No the library is in the Culturehouse, where there also are cafees, a gallery and the cinema, some offices as well as the childrens museum and a few small shops/kiosks.
