Norway is a very long country, and people living up in the north woke up to a reasonable amount of SNOW this morning!
In Stavanger we have had non stop rain.
The days are getting shorter. It is time to start using woolen cloths, and test out my new Wellingtons....
Lots of lights, colorful candles, books to read, music and other good things necessary in the weeks to come....
The photo shows a glimpse of light coming through a window at the Cathedral.

I read somewhere that if you folded Norway down, Kirkenes would be somewhere near Gibraltar...
Getting "cool" here as well, temperature down to 27 degrees during the day, 18 at night. I wish it was cold and rainy! But then I lived in Ireland, probably for too long! Rain every day for years gets into your mind somehow, you're glad you escaped, but you miss it nevertheless.
It's raining here as well.
Snow? 27 degrees?
We're getting cooler here, too. It was down to 67 last night and that's the coolest in a long time. Of course it went back up to the high 80s in the afternoon...
Oh well, it will get cooler. I guess you'll get colder. But hey, that's what happens when you live in a gorgeous north land!
We could use some rain here, we're back to Summer... in Autumn.
27 celsius is 80 farenheit, 18 is 65. Warm!
Great window shot. Usually I prefer them in monochrome, but this one is good in colour with the bit of colour in the sky. Nice one.
I know what you mean. The temperature has dropped significantly in Haninge the last few days. Great photo here.
What a mood-setting shot. I wouldn't mind curling up right there for the winter with a shelf of good books and my winter woolies on.
I love this photo. Great shot.
I live in Maine, which is the northern most state of the US so we are getting cold weather already too. But there is not snow yet.
This is my first season here after moving from NYC last July so am looking forward to the snow and interesting photography.
