It looks like more than one street artist was at work here.
It is unique, I wonder what the meaning is, and then you have the cut out girl hanging out on the wall. The whole scene is interesting. Nice find!

I'm sorry Gunn, but this just turns me off. If people want to be artists, draw on paper or canvas not buildings where the rest of us are forced to look at their so-called "art." :)
