Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

I wonder what that little room at the very top is used for. Bet it has a nice view :).
From a bakery to a driving school--- How the mighty have fallen! I like the picture--- great composition.
Yes, the smell of a bakery. My first apartment that I ever lived in when I moved out from my parents was a door down from a bakery. Always could smell whatever was baking. When we moved to Ireland, there was a bread plant in our town of Ballinrobe and once again the smell covered the town. Great memories sometimes are the smells we encounter.
Thanks for the well wishes concerning my cataract surgery. It went well and I'm back home now.
I really like the architecture!
It would be much nicer as a bakery! ;-)
It's a beautiful building no matter what it produces. I like the bakery thing best, though!
I love bakery smell :) Arianna
It is kind of an awkward little building, but that is a large part of its charm.
Nice-looking building.
