Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

Very intelligent and responsible!
I didn't know that you could be fined for that especially on a bus. Here they sometimes mention to buckle up before the bus takes off and there are signs but hardly anyone buckles up. I guess if there was a fine involved, people would think differently. I can't imagine how it would be enforced here seeing that the Gardai are short staffed and have plenty of more important things to take care of and do. Currently the Gardai are planning a blue flu (strike) to get a pay increase which they probably deserve.
I never heard it cost so much, and I never saw it few European countries. Greetings from Bergen
We have so few buses here, that I can't imagine such a law. It seems was too huge a fine, too!
This is a wonderful photo! A great idea, beautifully executed.
As far as I've seen, there are none on city buses- aside from a set up to secure wheelchairs or strollers- and nothing on the travel buses either.
