If you click on the word FLATS under the image, you will get more info. and another image.
I have only been to one of the flats, owned by an oil company, and I guess for customers, it might be nice to have a flat and not just a hotel room, when you are on business here for more than just a few days in the Stavanger area.
There are also shops, hotel- restaurants, doctors, lawyers and a fitness center near by.
