We call it "Hillevågs-luktå".
I wish I could hear you say that in Norwegian, it means "The smell from Hillevåg"
Follow the "Google translate" link below if you want to have info. in another language other than Norwegian.

A great shot, but I can really imagine the foul smell.
Good shot and exposure
五台山 (Five mountain) in Chinese for "Hillevågs-luktå".
This is so beautiful!
Beautiful shot Gunn, with fine colours and good exposure.
It makes a great photo though- funny how industry can sometimes look pretty, even when it is so destructive.
i agree with Chrissy because I often find it amazing how dirty industrialization sites and stinky air can offer great photo ops.
(amazed that you understand Dutch ! did you study it or does it sound like Norwegian which I doubt ... a bit of Swedish maybe?)

you see it immediately that it's not so environment friendly...
by the way: Dutch and Norvegian are very close to oneother. I know a dutchspeaking guy who learned Norvegian in 2 months!
I think Robert has a point here. We have a refinery nearby (my brother works there) and the stink is variable...
