There is some artistic talent in this photo.
I have to agree with Jack, maybe it is my age but I find little artistic justification for this vandalism.

Well, nicely done, but the imagination part is missing quite a bit. :) If I am able to, I will share photos of the last marine graffiti festival here. Some really quality work, not just letters.
