Flats.These modern flats are central and fairly high up, so they probably have a good view.
But they are quite small and pretty expensive.
I guess that this is the same anywhere, you can pay quite a lot for something small that is central, especially if it has a view.

You're not wrong Gunn, as Leif says it's all about the where!! It's the same here, inner city living is hugely expensive.
I think that is the way the world is going.
They intrigue me! We watch the TV show, HGTV, sometimes and I'm always amazed at the prices of housing in Europe! Very small apartments at huge prices! I guess one could say the same thing about a city like New York, though.
