This is a photo of a local train on it`s way to Stavanger.
(From Egersund, further south there are 18 stops)
But from here the train has only 5 minutes left before arriving.
Stavanger to Oslo by train is also possible, and that takes approximately 8 hours.
As you see, some of the distance is along Gandsfjord.

Train stories always hold my interest.

There is something in your photo that conveys the train's speed, but I can't put my finger on what it is.

I'm very jealous of this kind of train. We don't have that opportunity in Florida...one must travel by car for the most part (or motorcycle or truck or some other type of vehicle)...

Excellent photograph!

I love this shot, not something I see around here!

I love to travel by train, in fact I do travel several trips per week, did a short return journey today. But I really like to travel by train in foreign lands, that is a real adventure.
