Do you see these two young lads crossing over the ice on the water?
One of them ended up with one leg in the cold water....
They probably forgot to read the signs along the path.
I think he got a bit embarrassed, and he was not old enough to be photographed without his parents permission ..... so I dropped the action shot, and therefore show you "the peace and harmony" just BEFORE the accident.

Young boys always have to do silly actions. Who is the bravest, although I lately saw three girls here do the same on very thin ice. I didn't wait to see an accident happen....

I recently caught a couple of adults , who should have known better walking along nearby stretch of frozen over canal. These days before I try anything at all risky I usually stop and think whats the worst that could happen!

Have to admit, being young I did the same back home in Hamburg, Germany; however the ice was strong enough :) Guess they learned a lesson. Please have a good Thursday.

Beautiful nature and dangerous ice - I hope he learned the lesson to think before acting.

Ooops! Hope he was not too cold on the way home. At least it was only his leg in the water.

It must have been a long cold walk home with the wet leg. But the picture is peaceful and lovely.

It's a very pretty shot and interesting to look at in a different light knowing it's the before of what is about to come for him.
