Parking in Stavanger around Christmas time can be a bit difficult.
Joking aside, this is a car placed on the wall above a bank, as an advertisement.
PS. I hope this does not mean that the bank drives their customers up the wall!

I think the car is most definitely a statement that the bank is just like the rest, and that it does indeed drive its customers up the wall.
