In Norway the population is approximately 4,858,200.....
I did not believe what I read the other day, so I had to rip out the newspaper page saying that we are a nation that buys 48 million frozen pizzas pr.year, and "Grandiosa", shown in this picture, accounts for nearly 50% of these sales.
In a way I can understand students eating frozen pizza (after heating them of course), as a cheap meal solution, but I found it strange that the newspaper article also stated that many people eat frozen pizza on Christmas Eve!
I would have thought that it was a strange festive choice.

What strange eating habits, if any, are there where you are living...?

That's only 10 a year each including babies! I don't think I've seen a minced beef and onion pizza in England, they usually have some kind of ham or pepperoni on them, sometimes a triple cheese pizza, that's cheese with cheese and then a bit more cheese on top of all that. Yummy ....

Gunn, you really really don't want to hear about the strange things we eat over here in Asia... Let's just say frozen pizza is MILD by comparison... :-D

We typically eat at a Chinese restaurant on Christmas Eve.

I love pizza, but don't eat it too often. I'm not keen on the American style. Crust is too doughy and they put too much cheese and toppings on it.
