The KRISTIANSLYST school. (For teenagers. 13-16 years old.)
It was built back in 1970, and is typical for that period of time.

HI!

I like the winter landscape more than that building... ;-)

Great shot...

I would have to agree with Yvi!

It looks like the middle school I attended in the 70's!

I like this - the colour of the trees are wonderful with the building behind.
Cheers.

I think the building, although dull, isn't at all imposing.

A nice wintery mood, and the building is well camouflaged by the trees. Good shot.

I am sure the trees and the snow add something to this picture that the building itself does not have. Nice winter landscape.

It doesn't look like you are any closer to winter than us here in Eagan?!

The school building doesn't look so bad here, because the picture is so good. There are a lot worse from this period in York, but I can't bring myself to post pictures of soulless concrete.

This looks like the High School I attended in northern Finland. Twilight during the day, dark -dark-dark most of the time. When I used to walk to school I would look to the sky and think to myself that somewhere the sun is shining.. and guess what? I was right. In Arizona. The sun shines all the time :O . Familiar looking picture, thank you for visiting my blog and have a great day!

I have a child I would like to send over there... do they need any bratty American girls aged 16? LOL

Well Renee, I guess we have some (or plenty) of bratty teenagers here too....
But I have a link, that you might find interesting when she is around 18 years old. http://www.folkehogskole.no/index.php?page_id=44
Do take a look.

I think this is the perfect place for students.
