This is the "Steiner" school.
A private school with what I find to be an interesting architecture!

Attractive - doesn't look much like a school. If the lessons are as good as the building it must be fun.

A fine and unusual architecture for a school.

There's a Steiner school near Danby, Whitby, but the architecture, if I remember rightly, is pretty vernacular.

Most interesting architecture...is this a high school or college? It gives the impression of an innovative and creative institution!

Beautiful photo!

The school was opened in 1980. They have 280 pupils. 48 of them are from 16-18 years old, the rest of them are in the age group of 6-16.
They also have a kindergarden with 72 kids in 4 groups.
The school ( and the kindergarden) are based on the "Rudolf Steiner" way of learning. It is creative, and many parents value that for their kids, - more than what is perhaps common in other schools.
