This afternoon/evening there are approximately 20 women who, in groups, make 7 of the most traditional types of Christmas biscuites/cakes on a course arranged by the "Gladmat" school.
They were busy and happy,- as these two ladies show!

That's the nice thing about baking...you just have to test everything several times to make sure it's made right!

Happiness is a handful of dough, preferably with chocolate chips in it!

They seem to be sampling as many as they are making. This is a lovely time of the year for coming together as a community and for making new friends.

Lovely photo of the two women. They looked very happy and probably had a lot of fun that night hanging out with friends.

How great. The one of the left with that amazing smile and the one on the right, licking her fingers. Makes me hungry just looking.
