This afternoon I had a look over to "Paradis".
Paradis is a part of Stavanger with wooden houses/flats and a fabulous view over the harbor with all the boats of different sizes and prices.

A really excellent winter shot; I love the partial reflection of the houses, that really lifts it for me.
I love how you can see so many houses covered in snow! Really beautiful :)
Snow, water and boats--- make for a nice composition in this shot.
This reminds me a little of the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Minus the snow, of course!
"Location, location, location" say the realtors! With a magnificent harbor view comes undoubtedly a HIGH price!
