A quiet evening in Stavanger.
One thing I like about December is all of the lights that brighten up the city!:-)

Ciel has a good point. The hour when it's all gotten quiet is a treasure. Feels like you have the place all to yourself.

This is a superb night shot. It must have been taken after the shops closed for the day as there are no people around. I wonder if they leave the lights on all night...

Why the street is so deesrt? The cold? Very nice decorations... and a thought to all that wasted gingerbread!
Looks like early to bed in Norway.
I'm also a fan of the Christmas lights; it's a face of the city that we see only once a year. Can't stop taking pictures.

I agree. The light makes it more festive. Wish it would last beyond the holidays.
The lights also make it very pretty!
Everybody is sheltering in a warm place. So did you probably after taking this very nice photo. Must be so cold in Stavanger!
