Queen Elizabeth, - the cruise ship is in Stavanger.
Out in the rain are a huge number of British tourists.
Most places are closed.
The weather is unpredictable, so hopefully they will get some
sunshine too.

At least they're dressed for it. We've got a lot of tourists in town at the moment here too.
Hopefully the weather will improve. I love their raincoats, handouts when they leave the ship most likely but at least keeps them dry.
We had rain last night and this morning :(
