RUSS

If you google "RUSS and NORWAY" you will find several images of people dressed in RED or BLUE clothes, decorated and looking quite strange to people who do not know what is going on.

Young people have started celebrating finishing their 13 years at school, that is the reason.

Some German tourists I met in town thought they were out demonstrating, but they are just having a good time at school and perhaps even more so outside the school.

These two young students Rut Elise and Katarina were out with the dogs.
They will be at the big RUSS event at KONGEPARKEN soon together with Russ from all over the country!

HAVE FUN!

Very interesting. They are dressed as would be some of our folks from the northern states during the Xmas season.

And Katarina seems to be wearing a ubiquitous Dale of Norway sweater. I have one up north that I wear on cold winter days, and I brought back Dale of Norway sweaters for my daughter and son-in-law last summer.

The two small dogs seem to be interested in something they see. The bigger dog looks bored. Nice photos of Rut Elise and Katarina!

It's quite a milestone for them to reach, after all.
