The shops and kiosks are already full of magazines with ideas on what to make and how to make a cosy and perfectly decorated CHRISTMAS home.

Well, I guess there must be some creative people who are in the right mood for it.

Ya, they work year round to aggravate us.
It is the same here. It already starts in the greeting card shops in August.
We've still got Halloween to come. But, yeah, as soon as that's over, the Christmas train is coming. :-)
It just gets earlier every year Gunn, I guess it sells more magazines..
I haven't noticed it ye. Around here, Halloween gets a certain amount of attention, but on the very next day (November 1) we are likely to see a lot of attention on Christmas.

12 Oct is Children's day in Brazil, the second best season for toy stores. The following day the shops start decoration for Christmas.
