Are you good at finding out what kind of job people do, if they don`t have a uniform or a sign that tells you about it?
Can you spot a dentist, a vet, shopkeeper or a car salesman??

Today I met Mr. Sævland, who is a taxi driver.
He was a friendly guy who said yes straight away to being todays model.

It is years since I have seen any taxi drivers wearing a hat. Looks smart!

Anyway, I have to say that the most service minded taxi drivers I ever met, were in Japan!

Stavanger is probably no better or worse than other cities in Europe.

Taxi drivers in the U.S. are not known for wearing a hat. I like this gentleman :)

This is going to be interesting. No, I would not have identified him as a taxi driver.

I have either never seen a taxidriver with a cap. In Amsterdam there are horrible taxidrivers. Police is trying to solve the problems but it doesn't work. They are imposters, ask too much money, refuses to take passengers for a short ride and drive the wrong way to ask for more money. If you are ever in Amsterdam don't use a taxi!

He looks very smart. We have a big problem with taxi drivers in Stockholm. There's a group that can charge ten times the cost for a ride to and from Arlanda. No one seems able to stop them.

In France, nobody likes to "wear the hat" (porter le chapeau), i.e. to be a scapegoat (or to take the guilt of someone else).
