How can they work? Everything looks frozen solid.
We have a lot of this in Toronto as well. I can sympathize.
I went to a political launch the other day and was asked what I would most like. My reply.... No more road works in zone 1. Really the streets of London are dug up and re-dug up weekly. I imagine these works you are showing are now delayed because of the snow. So why didn't they plan them for summer time.
This looks very familiar! There's lots of construction just north of Toronto where I live.
It must be really hard to make progress with all the snow around.
wish they would do more road work around here. driving around shakes you through and through....
