I am also interested to know who these artists are, we have a couple in Oxford that pop up every so often.
She's married to Sven and loves AM radio 'cause she gets up early in the morning.

Graffiti? Or art placed at the request of the property owner? If graffiti, I hope she is caught! Graffiti is terrible in the States and punished severely when the "artists" are caught.

I've finally figured this out: Olga makes bras and she's very popular in the U.S. Whew! Glad I got that off my chest! :-)
