Now, I know that there are some smart dogs around, but I am not quite sure that there are many that would understand this sign?

There are some who just don't get the "pick up the poop" signs, either!

Haha! Gunn, not many people can read 'sign' language either.
Interesting! Along our beaches in Perth the plastic bags are there for dog owners. Even so, some of our dog beaches could be cleaner.
