I passed this cosy red wooden house today.
As a child I thought of fairy tales when passing and today on my bicycle I thought just the same.
The sky is BLUE, the sun is shining. It feels good!
Stavanger is the fourth biggest city in Norway. It is situated on the southwest coast. My aim is to try to capture something from every day, from the area nearby too, and when I am not at home I will still try to put up a photo from my archive. Welcome back for another look.

It is a very pretty little place. I wonder how the upstairs rooms are shaped. Perhaps they follow the roof line or perhaps they are squared off by interior walls.... Interesting.
Such a vibrant color on this little cottage.
There is a movement in the USA toward smaller homes. This would work! Glad the weather is good there today.
Looks like a movie set...
very nice house :)
A house of dreams! How lovely :-D
I think it's typically Norwegian Style...and I like it! Greetings from the sunny Berlin:)
Charming!!! Love the red color against the blue sky!!!
Looks great. Be sure to revisit in early summer for an updated version.
I too like this house. Your trees are still quite a way behind ours here in the UK, but we need rain - at least the farmers do, and that means us too, unless we want to pay higher prices for our food.
You are right, it looks just like in a fairy tale ...
Ha, I love this red wood houses! They are looking like the dream house of my childhood (I was a great fan of Astrid Lindgrens Story about the childs of Bullerbü). I wish you a happy easter and send hugs from Luzia.
