A nice stroll around Old Stavanger, where shops and galleries were open for the public.
Some of the houses had already decorated their doors and windows for Christmas, it looked very cosy!

I love the cobblestones. Many places in the U.S. tore them up in an attempt to be modern, and slowly are restoring them in an attempt to be authentic.

Someday when we visit Stavanger, I now know that "Old Stavanger" should be on the top of our list!

A place so different from our lousy streets!
I was just looking at some pictures a friend of mine took in Stavanger last summer: I'm quite sure she had some pictures of this nice street.
